With ocean views hard to beat, the old 60’s brick veneer home was purchased by our clients with the purpose of one day building their forever home.

Linnea Design were engaged to assist from early in the design phase, where we were able to rework some of the key spaces to better suit our clients needs.

Once the design was finalised we started material selections for the exteriors and interior, and set about creating digital renderings to convey the combined finishes and materials in photo real 3D design.

Our brief was to work with finishes that allowed for easy living, and low maintenance. Exposed concrete, bagged brick, natural stone and timbers; tones and textures that are mirrored in the sands and surf below - elements central to our clients lifestyle.
