Located close to Back Beach Woolgoolga, this original beach duplex was purchased with plans to renovate one section as an Air BNB, with a larger renovation and extension to the front soon to follow.

The Air BNB was given a soft coastal country feeling, filled with one off and hand selected items, creating a truly welcoming space, that guests adore.Withe the site surrounded by native flora, fauna and the sounds of thee waves crashing only a few hundred meters away this space has become a favourite place for many returning guests.

This was the starting point for the extension, adding an architecturally designed extension at the front, new garage, music room, and stunning fenced front garden.

Filled with natural light, beaming in from the north, the extension is filled with reclaimed materials, mirroring the owners love of living lightly and off the land- We have reclaimed brick, timber flooring, old bridge timbers and hardwoods throughout, Australian designed and made lighting, Hardwood and concrete kitchen - its a delight watching this home take shape…..we look forward to sharing more.
