This new block of townhouses in the beautiful coastal town of Port Macquarie, designed for elegant coastal living was filled with natural northern light thanks to the high raked ceilings on the upper level.

We were guided by the builders costings and the clients wish for a timeless easy living coastal material and colour palette.

We were engaged to complete detailed selections, the builders schedule of finishes and renderings for marketing off plan.

The project was 100% sold from plan prior to completion in 2023.
