Working on the newest wing of this established local hotel, the brief was to give both the exterior and interior a new direction, that was sympathetic to the existing building.

Working with the original colour pallet, we selected finishes designed to transition across to the old building over time.  Adding texture to the exterior with aluminium timber battening, soft white stone wall cladding, and perforated aluminium balustrade to allow light to flood the southern orientated entry corridors- the new building has a fresh vibe that harmonises beautifully with the existing.

Using easy clean resilient finishes, acoustic timber flooring paired with warm white walls and a dark luxurious kitchenette and robe with smoked glass splashback, the spaces will feel relaxed and luxurious. The furniture has been custom designed by the Linnea team, featuring soft oak timber, Carrara marble, and luxurious rugs and commercial fabrics.
